Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in designing, implementing, and administering the company's compensation programs, including base pay plans, job analysis and descriptions, bonus programs, salary market analysis, and more.
Analyze internal and external market data to address compensation-related needs; prepare and present recommendations and compensation analysis information
Maintain and help optimize processes related to ensuring the accuracy of enterprise-wide job families, profiles, and grade structures
Participate in salary surveys and analyzing data
Assist with implementing new market data management software (Payfactors)
Conduct regular audits of compensation-related data to ensure consistency and accuracy across jobs and functions
Contribute information in the preparation executive committee meetings
Support Compensation Manager in all matters concerning the design, development, and administration of broad-based compensation programs
Required Education/Experience
4 -5 years’ experience & Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including x-lookups and nested formulas
Experience handling large data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and regular self-audit
Flexible and capable of adapting to changing business conditions and priorities
You Will Set Yourself Apart With
Working knowledge of Power BI
Experience with Payfactors
CCP Certification
